These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Timily mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Dangran World Limited ("Timily," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Parent-Directed Service
Timily is a parent-directed service designed to help parents manage children's screen time, device access, and focus routines.
Accounts are created, configured, and managed by parents or legal guardians ("Parents"). While the Services include a companion interface for children, all use of the child-facing features occurs under the direction, supervision, and responsibility of the Parent who created the account. Parents are solely responsible for configuring the Services and for supervising a child's use of any device.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You may be required to create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
3. Subscription and Payments
Timily is a paid subscription service. Payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
We do not store your payment information. We receive only subscription status information necessary to provide access to paid features.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
EEA/UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days under applicable law. However, by subscribing and using the Services, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive your right of withdrawal once the Services have been accessed. If you have not accessed the Services, you may request a refund through Apple's App Store process.
4. Use of the Services
The Services rely on operating system-level features, including Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs.
You acknowledge that:
- For clarity, the Services may not prevent every bypass or workaround
- Accuracy depends on system-level data and device configuration
- Features may change or be discontinued
- The Services may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or bypass the Services
- Use automated systems to access the Services
- Misuse the Services in a way that harms others
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services are owned by Timily or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Feedback
You grant us the right to use feedback without restriction or compensation.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully effective in all circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Timily and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Timily's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Timily from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
13. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not a party to these Terms
- Apple has no obligation to provide support
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. General
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
